Our validation process translates the responses into a ZemScore™. Your ZemScore™ is based on the feedback from your managers, peers, or direct reports that have validated your experience working together.
Scores:
1) Gold Level: 700-1000 = Most or all managers and/or peers have validated the candidates experience.
2) Silver Level: 400 - 699 = Some managers and/or peers have validated the candidate’s experience.
3) Bronze Level: 0 - 399 = Still need more validations from managers and peers.
